KB-16 Suspected, not reproduced
A reconcile that stops before the sync clears status.waves
Behavior#
convoy sets status.waves from each reconcile result. A reconcile that stops before the sync
has no wave result. Examples are a source failure, a manual-mode hold and a cluster-wave hold.
The status write then removes status.waves.
Effect#
status.waves can be empty while the objects of the waves are on the cluster. The wave start
times are lost. This interacts with KB-7.
Workaround#
None known.
Fix direction#
Keep the previous status.waves when a reconcile has no wave result.
